Pausing your payments

You can pause your credit facility at any time via your customer dashboard.

If, for any reason, you want to pause using your credit facility, you can do so in the customer dashboard.

We will continue to collect payments from each connected platform on your behalf into your dedicated collection account. Once we have recovered your outstanding credit line, we will automatically pass through any amount received to your nominated bank account.
